The Pacific Center of Photography is an international organization that both sponsors and trains burgeoning artists, as well as displaying the works of many of today's contemporary masters. The Maui branch of the center is located just north of Wells Park, in the heart of the city. Classes at the center are held in concordance with the University of Hawaii, and thus offer a wide range of photographic resources including dark rooms and discounted supplies.
